Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions - Cancellations and Returns

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us and apply only to your purchase of any of our products within the United States. By purchasing any product from gorgebuy or using any product, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your obligations and rights. Any disputes you may have under these Terms will be subject to arbitration.

Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

To process a valid cancellation or return, you must obtain written approval from gorgebuy, which can be obtained by contacting us at service@mail.gorgebuy.com. Any unapproved cancellation will be denied and the order will proceed. Any product returned without our written consent will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Regarding minor defects and minor stains on products:

Please inspect the product within seven days of receiving the package. Please inform us of any defects or stains so that we can provide you with further support. Defects/stains caused by the customer after this 14-day period will be considered customer-generated.
If you discover this issue and contact us within 14 days, we are willing to provide a coupon or other compensation.
Minor defects and minor stains may be caused by unavoidable factors during the production and shipping process and do not affect the normal use of the product. If you find these defects unacceptable, please do not use the product and repackage it to its original condition. Please also contact us at service@mail.gorgebuy.com for further assistance.

Cancelling an Order Before a Shipping Label Is Created

We will provide a full refund for orders that have been placed but not yet received a shipping label.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)

Orders that have been issued shipping labels but not yet shipped will be subject to a handling fee of ten percent (10%) of the original order price.

Cancelling an Order After Shipment

After an order has been shipped, the shipment cannot be delayed. Customers must refuse the package upon delivery or sign for it first and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued, plus a restocking fee of 20% of the original order price.

Cancellation After Order Delivery (Unopened Package)

If the order has been delivered within 14 calendar days, customers who wish to cancel their order must contact us with photo and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, customers will contact the original shipping company to return the complete package and pay the return shipping costs. Once the package is returned and inspected, a restocking fee of 20% of the original order price will be charged.

Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons)
If the order is shipped within 30 calendar days, cancellations for non-quality reasons, such as (including but not limited to):

Unwanted/Unneeded

Unsuitable Size

Dislike of Product

Minor Shipping Damage Compensation Will Not Be Accepted

Customers must contact us and provide photo and video evidence to prove that the product packaging is the same as the original packaging in order to obtain a return authorization in advance. Customers will contact the original shipping company to return the complete packaging and pay the return shipping costs. No returns are allowed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

A refund will be issued upon return and inspection. A restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original price will be charged upon return and inspection.

Used items with obvious signs of use

Special sale items

Non-returnable items are not returnable or exchangeable. Unless there are special circumstances, customers must contact us for approval.

Refund conditions and exceptions

Generally, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days. Refunds may be delayed for various reasons. Please provide relevant proof and contact us for further instructions.

If you require a return, please do not refuse any FedEx/UPS package. Please sign for the package before returning any item and email us to request a return shipping label.
